Office Manager & Secretary/Treasurer Position Plymouth Borough Municipal Government
Plymouth Borough is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Borough Office Manager in the Administrative Office.
It is a non-union position of 40 hours per week with a 1-hour lunch break (8am-5pm or 7am-4pm). Duties for this position require the following: overseeing office functions, managerial skills, multi-tasking, customer service, filing, logging and issuing permits, accounts payable, human resources/payroll, municipal administration, and other duties as assigned. Must be fluent in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding the role of a municipal Borough Secretary/Treasurer is essential. Ideal candidate will attend all Borough Council public meetings to record meeting minutes. Additional consideration will be given to candidates with grant-writing experience.
