Inviting applications for the role of Analytics Engineer / Data Scientist

Skills Genpact LLC seeks Analytics Engineer / Data Scientist (multiple positions) in Wilkes-Barre, PA to develop requirements for Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions for Genpact clients. Liaise with business users, business analysts, project managers, and other project stakeholders and leads to gather and understand requirements. Assist in the analysis and design phase of the project. Manage teams and mentor junior developers. Support business leads and Product Owners (POs) in devising optimal usability solutions. Establish effective working relationships directly with clients. Analyze data and extract meaningful features using advanced analytics. Responsible for creating, modifying, and developing ML models for the application to be developed using Python or R or PySpark. Develop deep neural network (DNN) models for classification and regression using TensorFlow. Develop entity extraction frameworks using natural language processing (NLP) from unstructured data. Specify the techniques and the right algorithms needed for the program. Write SQL queries and procedures to extract data from large databases. Write PySpark queries and procedures to extract data from large databases and process the data for insights. Develop the Python codes to process big data sets effectively on AWS, Azure, GCP, and other cloud platforms. Design and develop multiple end-to-end pipelines to train, test, and score the ML models. Deploy and maintain end-to-end model-based or rule-based insights published for reporting offline (PDFs and CSVs) or online (Tableau and PowerBI). Evaluate and consolidate the diversity of data sources and enhance the data collection processes. Standardize and automate data pipelines in coordination with other teams to resolve issues and implement new features. Maintain data science applications and upgrades along with new functionalities shared by clients and customers. Provide support and issue resolution for applications in businesses, and troubleshoot bugs as required.

Education Position requires a Masters degree in an Engineering (all), Computer Science, Sciences, Mathematics, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered, a related software engineering, computer programmer, systems analyst position, or related occupation. As an alternative, a Bachelors degree in an Engineering (all), Computer Science, Sciences, Mathematics, or related field and 5 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor's experience in the job offered, a related software engineering, computer programmer, systems analyst position, or related occupation is also acceptable. Foreign equivalent degrees are acceptable. Position also requires 2 years of experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP; and 2 years of experience in customizing pre-trained ML models. The position headquartered in Wilkes-Barre, PA with travel required to unanticipated project sites throughout the U.S. based on client need.
