Emanon Country Club
now seeking a CHEF to join our dedicated Clubhouse Staff at our popular Semi-Private Golf Club at 543 Old State Road, Falls, PA!
The experienced candidate will be responsible for all aspects of managing and maintaining the kitchen in our Clubhouse. This is a
Full-Time Seasonal or
potentially a Full-Time Year Round position
for the qualified candidate.
Restaurant will be open 6-7 days per week from beginning of April through Mid-November.
Duties:
-Ordering, stocking &inventorying all food and related items.
-Adhere to all food storage,
production and sanitization
processes to meet or exceed the State's inspection guidelines
and codes.
- Responsible for planning and food preparation from sandwiches to full course dinners
to serve individuals as well as
larger groups up to 150 patrons for special events.
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED (Culinary School Certification
preferred, but not required.)
-Must have a minimum of 3 years of food service experience in an assistant or main food
preparation role at a restaurant,
club, or similar facility.
-ServSafe Certification required.
