IT Technologist

WVIA is seeking an IT/Broadcast Technologist to join our Engineering Team.

WVIA is a 50-year young non-profit located between Scranton & Wilkes Barre PA. The organization is beginning an exciting new era and seeks talented and energetic team members for these transformational new initiatives that will ensure a community that is engaged, inspired and vibrant.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
cyber security
server setup
network administration
hardware maintenance
software
networking
desktop support
end user support

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Associate degree in in information technology
Minimum of two years experience in networking.
Knowledge of video and or audio systems such as those used in radio and television broadcasting and familiarity with programming in Visual Studio would be a plus.

Permanent full-time position. On call, night, and weekends as requested
