a full-time electrical engineer.
This position will be attached
to the maintenance department
& will report directly to the
The engineers work schedule is 7:30AM to 4:00PM, Monday Friday.
The engineer will typically work
on multiple projects, from process improvement with current systems/equipment to setting up new systems/equipment.
Responsibilities include maintaining and creating electrical schematics for power distribution and control systems, performing arc flash
hazard analyses, creating
and maintaining an electrical safety program, retrofitting existing
control systems with modern
and troubleshooting OT networks, performing research on equipment/devices and assisting production and maintenance with troubleshooting. The engineer should be knowledgeable
of Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMIs, VFDs and associated software.
Experience with databases,
data acquisition, computer
programming and computer-aided design is a plus.
This role is very hands-on
and demands an individual
comfortable working seamlessly within office & production
environments. The engineer will
interact with a variety of people
on a daily basis including:
production employees, upper & middle management, contractors, vendors and other outside agencies.
