Summary:
Luzerne Mental Health and Developmental Services is looking for a Program Specialist 2 to join their team. This is a position of an administrative nature involving mental health program planning, analysis and coordination of services to children and adolescents. It assures that outreach and services to children and adolescents with multi-systemic needs are provided in a timely, effective and coordinated manner with a focus on resiliency and the least restrictive method of intervention.
