Plant Operations
Local Nursing Home and Assisted Living Campus is seeking an individual to fill the position of Director of Plant Operations. Candidate must have supervisory and management skills, knowledge of preventative maintenance, as well as OSHA regulations, and federal, state and local building codes. Knowledge of Life Safety Rules and Regulations, and a valid drivers license are required. Experience in a health care setting essential. BS or BA in an environmental services field and HVAC Certification preferred. Experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
