THE BOROUGH OF WEST PITTSTON, LUZERENE COUNTY, PA is seeking applicants for Part Time Police Officers and 32 Hour Police Officers. Qualified candidates shall meet the minimum requirements of being 21 years of age or older, U.S. Citizenship, possess a high school diploma, a GED or higher degree, have a valid Pennsylvania driver's license, PA Municipal Police Officers Act 120 Certification and meet all requirements set by the Municipal Police Officers Education Training Commission, and a safe driving record. Preference will be given to those who have at least a minimum of two (2) years working as a Police Officer.
