Summary:
Luzerne County seeks a full time Fiscal Officer 3. This position is responsible for overseeing any fiscal staff that may be utilized by the Child Welfare Program. This position works independently under the direction of the Children and Youth Administrator. This position will also coordinates with other human service agencies involved in establishing budgets as well as funding sources to assure consolidated reporting requirements.
