Summary:
This position functions at the professional level and proposes budget estimates, compiles data and proposes written narratives to accompany budget requests; maintains special project budgets; classifies and monitors budgetary accounts and performs analysis, as directed by the County Manager, in evaluating programs, policies, procedures and operations. Some independent judgment and initiative is expected in the carrying out of assignments.
